Solar Installer

Carpentry and/or construction experience a plus.  Installers must have their own tools and transportation.  Must be able to work within 50+ miles of San Jose, Monday thru Friday and some weekends.  Hourly wage + benefits

In Store Sales Demonstrator

Must be a very self motivated and articulate.  Person must work weekends.  This well-groomed person is responsible for working in South Bay Home Depots as well as other venues to explain solar and collect customer lead information.  Person is responsible for transporting and setting up large solar display, passing out brochures and working with Home Depot Specialty Mangers.

Sales Manager

Must have 2 years experience in solar electric sales.  Must be proficient in Word, Excel, Acrobat and CAD programs.   Must have experience with the requirements of the CSI Rebate Program, PGE Interconnection and City Building Departments.  Must be able to design, price and write contract for a solar electric system. Contacts with manufacturers a plus.  Will be responsible for other sales people and In Store Sales Demonstrators.  Salary + Commission + Benefits

Office Assistant

Must have 2 years experience in a business office.  Must have excellent typing, spelling and communication skills.  Attention to detail and organizational skills are required for this part-time position.  Person will answer phones, take client information and assist sales team with copious detailed paperwork. Hourly wage + benefits
